Fire Safety Week at Parkway Elementary School

Students had a fantastic visit from the Paramus Fire Department, learning all about fire safety! From how to stop, drop, and roll to understanding the importance of smoke alarms, the little firefighters were fully engaged.

The highlight? Sparky the fire dog joined to spread a message of safety, and some lucky adults even got to go up in the fire bucket for an amazing view! Thank you to the brave men and women of the Paramus Fire Department for sharing your expertise and making fire safety fun. Remember, safety starts at home—students should talk to their families about what they learned!
